This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
• Billing details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Store details: your store name, branding, prices and the courses you sell.
• Usage: your lesson progress and notes, so the app can remember where you left off.
• Sales records: when someone buys from your store, we record the course, amount and buyer email so the purchase can be delivered.

How we use it

To run your account and store, process payments, deliver purchased courses, provide support, keep the service secure, and send important account emails. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run FlipCourse, such as Stripe (payments), our database and authentication provider, and our hosting provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Cookies and storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in and remember your settings.

Your choices

You can update your details in the app, and you can ask us to export or delete your data by emailing hello@flipcourse.co. Some records, such as payment history, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

Children

FlipCourse is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
