Terms of Service
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms explain how FlipCourse works and what you agree to when you use it. By creating an account you accept them.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Plans, trials and billing
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews automatically at the price shown when you signed up, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan anytime in your account settings. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Your course license
While your plan is active, FlipCourse gives you a non-exclusive license to rebrand and sell the courses included in your plan (3 on Starter, 6 on Pro, all on Unlimited) through your FlipCourse storefront, at prices you choose.
- You may change the course name, branding and price shown in your store.
- You may not resell or share the course files outside FlipCourse, claim you personally created the course material, or give others the right to resell it.
- If your plan ends, your right to sell ends too. Students who already bought a course keep access to it.
4. Your storefront and your customers
You are the seller for sales made through your store. Payments go to your connected Stripe account, and you are responsible for your own taxes, customer support and refunds to your buyers. FlipCourse does not take a percentage of your sales. Card processing fees apply.
5. Honest marketing
When you promote your store you must follow the law and platform rules. In particular, you may not promise buyers income or results, make fake reviews or testimonials, or remove disclaimers included with a course (such as the "not financial advice" notice on trading content).
6. Content we provide
Courses are educational. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and we don't guarantee any outcome from using them. See our earnings disclaimer.
7. Ending your account
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example through fraud or deceptive marketing.
8. Limits of liability
FlipCourse is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
